Decadent Hot Chocolate

This recipe is so easy and requieres just a few ingredients and you won´t believe how quick it is plus is perfect for any ocassion.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 to 2 tablespoons sugar (depending on how sweet you like it)
Pinch of salt
1 cup milk or any combination of milk, half-and-half, or cream
a hand-full of chocolate chips
1/4 teaspoon of cinammon

Method:

In a médium size sauce-pan put all the ingredientes: the milk, cocoa, sugar and salt. Heat until all the mixture is combined and thickened.

This will take around 5- 8 minutes. After that, pour the mixture through a sift to get reed of any lumps of cocoa and serv with whipped cream or a personal favourite, marshamallows.
