Hey guys!! How are you doing? As I told you last week, this month has been pretty busy but still, I didn´t want to stop posting new recipes. For this reason, I decided that when I don´t have time to show you new recipes (like today) I´ll show you old recipes but in English for of you who wish to have them in english. These cookies, let me tell you… they are amazing, super chewy and super delicious so I hope you love as much as I do.
Let me know if you try them sometime this Easter. They are the perfect treat for these upcoming holidays!!!

INGREDIENTS:
- 1- 1/2 cups of flour for all use
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened at room temperature
- 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 1/3 of a cup of brown sugar
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, diced
- 1/2 orange zest

ELABORATION:
Preheat your oven to 180º. Combine the first 3 ingredients and reserve.
In a mixing cup equipped with a paddle attachment, spread the butter and both sugars. Add the eggs, the orange zest and the vanilla and mix until they are creamy and combined. Scrape the sides of the bowl to make sure everything is well mixed.
Add the dry ingredients and mix only to combine. Add chocolate chips and strawberries and mix only to distribute them through the mixture.
Using a small scoop of ice cream, place the cookie dough at a distance of 2 inches on an ungreased baking sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until it is lightly browned around the edges.
Chill for 5 minutes on the baking sheet, then remove it on the grill and allow it to cool completely.

I hope you like it a lot!!
Love you to the moon and back,
Soco
